The customer Service by Natalie (Gainsborough branch )was very nice … and have the product knowledge well about there products.
And always a smiley person.

The walking shoes I bought are very good & reasonable priced. The service I received was good so I will use the Looe shop in future, as I live in Polperro. But when I told the sales person I didn't need the box, she said that if the shoes developed a fault I wouldn't be able to take them back without the box. This contravenes the Sales of Goods Act; all I need to return faulty goods is a receipt, which I have. This rule is not mentioned on my receipt, in fact it says "This does not affect your statutory rights"

I’ve been waiting for a refund of a returned item for almost a month and reached out to customer service. Within a few minutes, someone reached back out and got all necessary order information and processed the full refund on my behalf. I’m appreciated that this wasn’t a huge hassle and that their team was able to help immediately.

Ice cleats purchased for elderly person rusted, and woudn't remain strapped on boots post first wear. Picture, replaced Mountain Warehouse ice cleats with Ice Trax with night reflective heel, pictured* These have been worn on snow/ice covered trails, plus no rust. Gave a pair for the same elderly person to keep them safe. Mountain Warehouse Customer service blamed me for misusing their failed safety item intended for snow, and ice. Avoid this place. I will stick with trusted brands like: Salomon, TNF, Norrona, Columbia, Uggs(pictured).

They have an online store via the trademe website which I purchased a sleeping bag and headlamp. Had to return the headlamp as the led wattage was very low for the price and this hadn't been disclosed on the advert. Cannot email them as the email address given bounces back. Returned headlamp over a month ago and still have no repayment nor correspondence from mountain warehouse. Be wary if you buy online and need to return!!! Not an easy process!!! Just to update: after resorting to posting a review on trustpilot they finally got back in touch, a million apologies blaming the store being based in UK and being online yadayadayada and promised a refund... HOWEVER TO DATE STILL NO REFUND! Unbelievable! This experience left a bad taste and I would not be recommending nor purchasing from mw again buyer beware!!

Very poor, have been waiting for a refund for more than 21 days. Have tried to contact them via their website with no response and today they have shut their phone lines!

I spent $116 on a coat that was never delivered. FedEx said the shipper had to file the claim. Mountain Warehouse won't answer my emails or my calls. I will now go thru PayPal to see if they can get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews first. I also wish there was a -star.
